Mrs Mill's Easter Maths Challenge

On Monday the fourth of April a group of year 6 children went to Mrs Mills's house to take part in different Easter activities, these included : a challenging maths Easter egg hunt; creating their own maths cookies; we made origami cubes and tetrahedrons (these proved quite tricky) . Also we created visual aids to help with our mathematical skill.Their favourite activity was the very tricky maths Easter egg hunt which enabled us to have quick-fire maths knowledge. We think this helped us greatly for preparing for SATS. We all enjoyed this experience and would hope the next lot would enjoy it too.
