A KS1 journey with some strange sightings!

This afternoon KS1 went on
a journey after
reading 'On the way home' by Jill Murphy. Along the way we spotted some rather strange things.
Ask your children to tell you all about it!

Amazing Science Investigations

What amazing science this week. Year 5/6 have been learning about working scientifically and the 5 different types of investigations. Who thought you could get science from bottle flipping? Do enjoy the photos. The children enjoyed their inv

estigations.

Tag Rugby Tournament

On Wednesday, Phoebe, Daisy, Spencer, Bradley, Ben, Ollie and Gabriella represented Cholsey School in a tag rugby tournament at Wallingford RFC. All seven of them showed excellent skill and determination, winning 3 out of their 5 games. Bradley showed brilliant leadership by communicating tactics with his team mates. Daisy was excellent with the ball in hand, finding space and delivering accurate passes. Phoebe and Gabriella made some brilliant try saving tags and Ben, Ollie and Spencer all scored fantastic tries through their searing pace and vision. Out of the 12 teams involved, Cholsey came 4th, which was a fantastic result. Well done to all those involved!
