We say a very sad goodbye to Mrs Causer this week who is moving back to her home town. We will all miss her terribly but wish her the very best.
Here she is with a lovely present bought by the families of those she has taught.
Welcome to our school blog. Here we will show you some of the things we have been getting up to at Cholsey Primary School. We would love to hear your comments (note that these may not appear immediately)

🎄 What a lovely Christmas lunch we all had today. Thank you to all the adults who cooked, served and cleaned up afterwards :)
To promote our new club for the Spring term, all KS2 classes had the opportunity to experience a tchoukball taster! The children loved applying their netball skills from PE and using the crazy catch to score goals!
To sign up for tchoukball club please see the sports club notices for Term 3 and Premier Sports poster!
This morning children in Key Stage 1 and 2 were given the opportunity to go and visit classrooms in different key stages to see how Our Wonderful World topic has been learnt there. Mini "museums" were set up across the school and it was wonderful to see how proud everyone was to show off their learning and also how amazed they were when visiting other classrooms.
We will aim to get some pictures out to parents ASAP but in the meantime here are some pictures of Kingfisher class visiting Years 34 and 56.
This term, the year 3s and 4s visited the River and Rowing museum in Henley. The children spent some time completing challenges in the museum, took a walk along the river looking at the impact of erosion and deposition and carried out some river experiments and challenges! The children really appreciated being able to learn outside of the classroom and had a great day! Thank you to everyone who made it such a super day, especially our parent helpers!
