Seasonal creativity :)

 Here are a few creations I’ve spotted this week:

This is a snow chicken we made using the snow from the school grounds. We built it during our lunch break and we were very proud of it . At the end of lunch, it was still standing and looking very nice amongst the melted snow.

Santa fly-by

 The children were thrilled to get a flying visit from Santa this week. He hopped on board a helicopter from RAF Benson and did a fly by - circling the playground several times.

OPEN Football

 We are so pleased to be able to host our OPEN sports events again! This week saw the exciting return of the Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 boys football. A big thank you to Willowcroft and St Johns for joining us.

Year 3/4 came 1st and will head to the SOXON finals later in the academic year. 

Year 5/6 came a very close 2nd place.

Congratulations to both teams!

Year 2 show Rama and Sita

This week the Year 2 showed the rest of the school and also their parents their wonderful performance of Rama and Sita - the story of Diwali.

They have worked so hard on this and we all enjoyed their fabulous singing, dancing and story telling.
