Key Stage 1 Christmas Performance

Message from a parent:

Please can you pass on a huge thank you to the staff and year 1/2 children - their Christmas performance this morning was brilliant! Such lovely enthusiastic storytelling, dancing and singing - every single person did themselves proud. Such a lovely way to start the week - now I feel really Christmassy!

And another:

I just wanted to thank you and all staff involved for such a lovely evening. It was so lovely to see the children's videos but also their singing and performance was just fantastic.

How refreshing too, to see that mobile phones were put away. We felt that this had spoilt previous plays, so thank you.

Live music always adds something special to a performance and we were lucky to have such  glamorous backing for the Key Stage 1 plays.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed the play this evening. Please pass on huge thanks and respect to the staff for putting together such a unique and carefully timed production, giving every child an opportunity to shine and be part of the Christmas story. I was also really impressed with the musicians who played brilliantly before and through the whole event on both nights. And of course the children who were all so absorbed in their wonderful songs and dances and behaved perfectly. Well done all round!
