It was lovely to hear the brass band play for us in assembly this morning. We are lucky to have such dedicated young talent in school. There was even a guest appearance by non other than Mrs Haigh on the Tuba !
Well done to Joey G, Rosie and Thea who all won awards this year.
We will sadly be losing some of our year 6 band members this term and Miss Atkins and Mr Barlow are on the lookout for new players. Please ask for details if you have a child who may be interested in taking up a brass instrument or percussion.
