The children in UKS2 have been studying the story ‘Hidden Figures’ in literacy for Black History Month. The children had many discussions about segregation and how the women in the story would have felt. To end the unit of work, they produced some brilliant double page spreads on either Dorothy Vaughan, Katherine Johnson or Mary Jackson.
