After an amazing night’s sleep for everyone, it’s been another exciting day here at Kilvrough Manor. Two groups went canoeing and had a dry time until the last hour when the torrential rain made an appearance. Three children decided they weren’t wet enough and took a plunge in the canal. The third group braved the 50mph gusts to abseil, climb and rock scramble.
The roast dinner back at the centre was consumed with enthusiasm and we all decided a pyjama movie night was in order.
We were supposed to be going caving tomorrow, but it looks like the water levels in the cave won’t be safe to do so. A coastal adventure is being planned instead and then it will be back to the centre to pack and hold the much-anticipated talent show.
Oh, shame there are no outdoor pictures.... looks cosy though!
